Orders are confirmed only after payment of the advance amount (if applicable).
Cancellation within 24 hours of booking may lead to forfeiture of the advance payment.

Customers will be informed in case of any expected delay.
Doorstep sofa repair services are usually completed on the same day, depending on the scope of work.
Repair and workmanship carry a limited warranty, which will be communicated at the time of service.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or natural wear and tear.
Noida Sofa Center will not be liable for any indirect loss, damage, or inconvenience caused due to delay or service issues.
Customized and repaired furniture items are non-returnable.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only in cases where services cannot be delivered from our end.
Advance payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Customers must provide accurate details regarding size, design, and requirements before confirming an order.
In case of doorstep service, customers must ensure a safe and accessible working environment.
